I will provide movement/ dance classes to support you in finding different ways to move your body, stimulating development, giving you space to research, share different dance techniques and use improvisation skills to use the space around us.
Modern Contemporary
In this class I will take you through modern dance techniques and floorwork phrases that lead to a choreography. We will move from a conscious body and learn to deal with gravity. Using our breath to support our movements we will connect with the space in and around our bodies.
Expect to play, fall, roll, release, jump, connect, fly and enjoy the pleasure of movement.
